Nick has been an invaluable educational experience and a critical component of my fitness and cycling improvement.  Our journey together started with the basics of nutrition to ensure there were no misconceptions or confusion regarding terminology and concepts learned in the past.  We applied theory to real life applications via recipes and strategies pre-ride, on-the-bike, and post-ride/recovery.  The knowledge I have gained has paid huge dividends with an in-depth knowledge of fueling strategies and stronger performances overall, particularly at the end of long rides such as Century rides or more.  Nick encourages questions and open dialogue about recent trends and products and works with each athlete to develop a bespoke solution.  My weight, strength and endurance have all substantially improved and given me tremendous confidence in the latter stages of competitive events.

Nick’s philosophy is rooted in balance and nourishment, for the mind, the body, and the soul.  The power of balance plays an integral part in our health. Working collaboratively with clients to find and define their own definition of balance, and how living a life of balance can lead to a life of fulfillment.

Education

There is an incredible amount of misinformation out there.  It’s not surprising that people are so confused when it comes to understanding weight loss, eating for sport success, and what is and is not necessary.  Nick is here to guide you through the fiction and to the facts.  He will help you make sense of what’s true and share the real science and practical application with you as questions arise throughout the program.
