Ditch the processed foods and make these simple fruit roll ups. Transport yourself to childhood with these homemade fruit roll ups, perfect for adults and kids alike!

Perfect for our endurance athletes as an energizing snack loaded with natural carbohydrates and sugars for fuel!

Fruit Roll Ups

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen fruit

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice



Steps

  1. Cook fruit on medium heat until thawed.

  2. Transfer to a blender and add maple syrup and lemon juice.

  3. Transfer to a silicon mat on a baking sheet and spread to form an even layer. -Bake for 5-6 hours, allow to cool, and slice into strips, roll, and store in the fridge.
