Fruit Roll Ups

Ingredients:
3 cups frozen fruit
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
Cook fruit on medium heat until thawed.
Transfer to a blender and add maple syrup and lemon juice.
Transfer to a silicon mat on a baking sheet and spread to form an even layer. -Bake for 5-6 hours, allow to cool, and slice into strips, roll, and store in the fridge.
