Homemade Electrolytes
Say goodbye to refined sugars, artificial flavors, colors, GMOs, processed sports drinks and try our home-made electrolyte drink for a great way to replenish essential minerals lost during exercise or made into popsicles for hot summer days.

Ingredients:
2 cups water
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 tsp local honey
1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Steps
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, mix and serve. Store in the fridge.
To increase carb content for fueling, simply add more honey to fuel you through your next training session or event.
