Baked Feta Spaghetti Squash
Who hasn’t seen the viral baked feta pasta dish? Try our spaghetti squash version with a guilt free dish bursting with flavor!

Ingredients:
Spaghetti squash
Feta
Garlic
Cherry tomatoes
Basil
Balsamic glaze
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
1.Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
Halve a spaghetti squash and remove the seeds. Place each half on a baking sheet and place feta inside each squash.
Drizzle the spaghetti squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then top each squash half with garlic, tomatoes, and olive oil.
Bake for an hour or until the squash is tender and the feta is melted.
Drizzle balsamic glaze, top with basil, and mix until combined.
