Baked Feta Spaghetti Squash

Baked Feta Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti squash

  • Feta

  • Garlic

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Basil

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Steps

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 425F degrees.

  2. Halve a spaghetti squash and remove the seeds. Place each half on a baking sheet and place feta inside each squash.

  3. Drizzle the spaghetti squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then top each squash half with garlic, tomatoes, and olive oil.

  4. Bake for an hour or until the squash is tender and the feta is melted.

  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze, top with basil, and mix until combined.
