Ginger Shots

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Ginger root / Turmeric root

  • 3 parts filtered water

  • 2 lemons, zested and juiced

  • 1 orange, zested and juiced

  • ¼ cup honey

  • Chili powder, to taste

  • Cheesecloths

Steps

  1. Soak ginger for about 2-4 hours (Optional).

  2. Add to a food processor or blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture and strain through a cheesecloth over a colander.

  4. Pour into a ball jar or container and enjoy immediately, refrigerate up to five days, or add to an ice cube mold and freeze for later.
