Poached Egg Yogurt Toast with Chili Crisp

Poached Egg Yogurt Toast with Chili Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg, poached

  • 3 cloves of garlic confit

  • 1 slice Challah bread, toasted

  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon chili crisp

  • ½ teaspoon lime zest

  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

  • Dill, to taste

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon and lime zest. Add salt and pepper and mix to combine.

  2. Spread the garlic confit over the toast, then add the Greek yogurt mixture.

  3. Top with poached egg, salt, and pepper. Finish with dill and chili crisp.
